WORK

At GE Aerospace, I worked within the Digital Technologies organization on the Aviation Testing Analytics team, focused on agentic AI. I developed and tested more than five AI agents and workflows to accelerate the software development lifecycle, advancing them to an active pilot stage across three teams and iterating on feedback to continuously improve their performance. I presented an AI adoption roadmap that outlined recommended agents, implementation priorities, and scaling considerations, and I applied GE's FlightDeck LEAN methodology to the delivery and continuous improvement of these agents. Through 7 site visits, 10+ one-on-one meetings, and weekly mentorship, I got a real sense of how the organization runs and how a company this size builds and ships software.
