Created 3D models and manufacturing-ready drawings as a design intern, running client part approvals.
WORK
At MK Metal Products I worked as a Design Intern, modeling sheet-metal parts in CAD and preparing manufacturing-ready drawings. I ran four or more in-house runoffs for clients including Honda, Goodyear, and Michelin, checking parts against spec before they went to production. It's where I actually learned GD&T, CAD workflows, and how to work directly with a client.
OUTCOMES
